Estimated Project Cost

The project consists of four phases, remedial work to make the building safe and weather-proof; an exploration of the ancient crypt; internal refurbishment and final furnishings.

The external remedial work is estimated to cost £311,000 and this sum has already been raised.

The cost of the internal refurbishment phase is expected to be in excess of £500,000. The costs for the other two phases have yet to be determined.
